Site Director

KinderCare is seeking a Site Director to lead our Atalaya Elementary program. In this role, you will oversee daily site operations, ensuring a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for children. You will hire, train, and coach staff; manage schedules, budgets, and enrollment; and build strong partnerships with families and the school community. The Site Director ensures program quality, compliance with licensing and safety standards, and alignment with KinderCare's mission of nurturing each child's potential in an inclusive, growth-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the Atalaya Elementary site
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach teaching and support staff
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and enrollment targets
• Maintain compliance with childcare licensing and safety regulations
• Implement and monitor high-quality educational and enrichment programs
• Build strong relationships with families and school partners
• Monitor child progress and support individual developmental needs
