Site Director

KinderCare is seeking a Site Director for Lawrence W Pingree Primary School. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure licensing compliance, and maintain a safe, nurturing environment for children and staff. You will lead, coach, and schedule teachers, manage enrollment and family relationships, and partner with school and KinderCare leadership. The Site Director will monitor curriculum quality, classroom standards, and staff development while managing budgets and center resources. This role blends instructional leadership, operational management, and family engagement in a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the primary school site, ensuring a safe, nurturing learning environment
• Ensure compliance with state licensing, health, and safety regulations
• Lead, coach, schedule, and evaluate teaching staff
• Manage enrollment, family communication, and issue resolution
• Partner with school administration and Kinder
• Care leadership on program goals
• Monitor curriculum implementation and classroom quality standards
• Develop staff through training, feedback, and performance management
• Manage site budgets, billing, and resource allocation
• Maintain accurate records and reporting for regulatory and organizational needs
• Support a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and continuous improvement
