KinderCare seeks a Site Director for the Henri A Yelle center to lead daily operations, staff, and educational programs. Responsibilities include managing staff performance, overseeing curriculum implementation, maintaining licensing and regulatory compliance, budgeting, enrollment growth, and center quality standards. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Henri A Yelle learning center
• Lead, coach, and evaluate teaching and support staff
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children
• Implement and monitor early childhood curriculum and educational standards
• Maintain licensing, regulatory, and health/safety compliance
• Manage center budget, staffing levels, and resource allocation
• Drive enrollment growth and maintain strong family relationships
• Monitor quality standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with families and community resources to support child development
• Support staff training, professional development, and performance management
