Site Director

KinderCare is seeking a Site Director to lead our program at North Side Elementary School. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, supervise and coach staff, manage enrollment and budgets, and ensure compliance with all licensing and safety standards. You will foster a nurturing, inclusive environment that supports each child's social, emotional, and academic growth. Partnering closely with families, school staff, and your KinderCare team, you will guide curriculum implementation, maintain high-quality learning experiences, and build a positive, collaborative center culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations at North Side Elementary School, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment
• Supervise, schedule, and coach staff, supporting professional development and performance
• Manage enrollment, budgeting, and resource allocation to meet program and financial goals
• Ensure full compliance with state licensing, health, and safety regulations
• Implement and support curriculum and enrichment activities aligned with Kinder
• Care standards
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and school partners
• Communicate regularly with families about children's progress and center updates
• Monitor program quality and lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation required by Kinder
• Care and regulators
