KinderCare is seeking a Site Director for The School for Creative & Performing Arts. In this role, you will lead daily operations, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment focused on early childhood education enriched by creative and performing arts. You will oversee curriculum, manage and develop staff, maintain licensing and safety compliance, and partner closely with families and the community. Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of The School for Creative & Performing Arts site, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children and staff
- Oversee curriculum implementation with a focus on creative and performing arts, aligning with Kinder
- Care's educational standards and child development goals
- Hire, train, coach, and evaluate teachers and staff, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and growth-oriented workplace culture
- Build strong relationships with families through regular communication, conferences, and community-building events
- Manage site budgets, enrollment targets, and resource allocation to meet financial and operational goals
- Ensure full compliance with state licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and Kinder
- Care policies
- Monitor classroom quality through observations and feedback, driving continuous improvement in instruction and care
- Develop partnerships with local schools, arts organizations, and community groups to enrich program offerings
- Resolve parent concerns and operational issues promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction
- Use data on child outcomes, attendance, and satisfaction to inform planning and program enhancements
