Site Director

KinderCare seeks a Site Director for Mid Valley Elementary School to lead daily operations of our before- and after-school program. The Site Director oversees staff, builds strong family and school partnerships, and ensures a safe, nurturing environment that supports children's academic and social development. Responsibilities include managing curriculum implementation, licensing and compliance, budgets, enrollment, and scheduling. The role also involves coaching and developing teachers, modeling positive guidance, and fostering KinderCare's inclusive, growth-focused culture within the school community.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the school-age program at Mid Valley Elementary
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment
• Lead, schedule, and coach staff to deliver high-quality care
• Manage curriculum implementation and program planning
• Maintain licensing, health, and safety compliance
• Build strong relationships with families and school partners
• Monitor enrollment, staffing levels, and classroom ratios
• Manage site budgets, supplies, and administrative reporting
