Before and After School Site Director

KinderCare is seeking a Before and After School Site Director to lead our Anna Ware Jackson Primary program. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure a safe and nurturing environment, and support children's growth through engaging before- and after-school activities. You will supervise staff, manage schedules, coordinate with school administrators and families, and ensure licensing and health/safety compliance. The Site Director also supports curriculum implementation, behavior guidance, and family communication while modeling KinderCare's inclusive, collaborative culture and commitment to early learning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of before and after school program
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children
• Supervise, schedule, and support site staff
• Implement and support age-appropriate curriculum and activities
• Maintain compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations
• Communicate regularly with families and school administrators
• Manage enrollment, attendance, and basic site reporting
• Support behavior guidance and positive classroom management
