• Lead daily operations of Mercer Elementary center, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for children and staff
• Supervise, coach, and develop teaching and support staff, fostering collaboration and continuous growth
• Oversee curriculum implementation aligned with Kinder
• Care standards and educational best practices
• Build strong relationships with families through clear communication and responsive support
• Manage center enrollment, budgets, and compliance with state and local regulations
• Monitor classroom quality, safety protocols, and learning outcomes, implementing improvements as needed
• Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Promote an inclusive, diverse culture that supports each child's developmental needs
