Before and After School Teacher

KinderCare seeks a Before and After School Teacher to support school-age children at George Martin Elementary. In this role, you will plan and lead engaging before- and after-school activities that promote social, emotional, and academic growth. Responsibilities include supervising children, supporting homework, facilitating games and enrichment projects, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. You will communicate regularly with families, collaborate with school and KinderCare staff, and uphold health, safety, and inclusion standards while modeling KinderCare's nurturing, growth-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead engaging before- and after-school activities for school-age children
• Supervise children to ensure a safe, positive, inclusive environment
• Support homework and basic academic enrichment
• Communicate regularly with families about child progress and daily activities
• Collaborate with school staff and Kinder
• Care team members
• Implement behavior guidance consistent with Kinder
• Care policies
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards
• Prepare and organize materials, games, and learning centers
• Document attendance and incident reports as required
