Site Director

KinderCare seeks a Site Director for Nottingham West Elementary to lead daily operations of an onsite before- and after-school program. The Director will oversee staff, ensure a safe, engaging learning environment, manage budgets and enrollment, and build strong relationships with families, school partners, and the community. Responsibilities include implementing educational curricula, maintaining licensing and regulatory compliance, coaching and developing team members, and promoting KinderCare's inclusive culture. This role offers the opportunity to shape children's early learning experiences while growing in a supportive, education-focused organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the school-based Kinder
• Care program
• Supervise, schedule, and develop teaching and support staff
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Implement age-appropriate educational curricula and activities
• Maintain compliance with state licensing and school district policies
• Manage site budget, enrollment, and resource allocation
• Build strong relationships with families and school partners
