Site Director

KinderCare is seeking a Site Director for our Lake Silver Elementary program. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily site operations, ensure licensing and safety compliance, and maintain high-quality educational standards. You will supervise and coach staff, manage enrollment and family relationships, and collaborate with school partners to support student success. The Site Director also manages budgets, schedules, and program planning while fostering an inclusive, nurturing environment aligned with KinderCare's mission of enriching early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Lake Silver Elementary site
• Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and regulatory standards
• Hire, schedule, supervise, and coach teaching staff
• Oversee curriculum implementation and program quality
• Manage site budget, resources, and enrollment targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with families
• Partner with school leaders and community stakeholders
• Monitor child progress and support inclusive practices
• Maintain accurate records and required documentation
