Site Director

KinderCare is seeking a Site Director for Doral Academy Pebble to lead daily operations, staff, and curriculum in our early childhood education center. In this role, you will ensure a safe, nurturing environment, manage enrollment and family relationships, and support teachers in delivering high-quality, developmentally appropriate programs. You will oversee budgeting, compliance with licensing standards, and staff hiring, training, and coaching. Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Doral Academy Pebble site
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children and staff
• Oversee curriculum implementation and developmental programming
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach teaching and support staff
• Maintain compliance with state licensing and organizational policies
• Manage center budget, resources, and enrollment targets
• Build strong relationships with families and community partners
• Monitor child progress and quality of classroom practices
• Implement health, safety, and emergency procedures
