Site Director

KinderCare is seeking a Site Director for Mattaponi Elementary to lead our early childhood education program. In this role, you will oversee daily center operations, ensure licensing and safety compliance, manage budgets, and supervise, coach, and schedule staff. You will build strong partnerships with school leaders and families, support curriculum implementation, and maintain high-quality learning environments. The Site Director also drives enrollment, leads family communications, and fosters an inclusive, child-centered culture aligned with KinderCare's mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Kinder
• Care program at Mattaponi Elementary
• Ensure compliance with state licensing, safety, and health regulations
• Manage site budgeting, staffing, and scheduling
• Hire, train, supervise, and coach teaching and support staff
• Partner with school leadership and district contacts to align program goals
• Support implementation of age-appropriate curriculum and learning activities
• Maintain high standards for classroom quality, safety, and family satisfaction
• Drive enrollment, retention, and family engagement initiatives
• Communicate regularly with families and address concerns promptly
• Promote an inclusive, child-centered, and collaborative culture
