Site Director

KinderCare is seeking a Site Director for Livingston Elementary School to lead daily operations, staff, and programs in our early childhood learning center. The Site Director oversees curriculum implementation, licensing compliance, safety, family engagement, budgeting, and enrollment growth. This role mentors and develops teachers, builds an inclusive, nurturing environment, and partners with school and community stakeholders. Ideal candidates bring strong leadership in early childhood or elementary settings, a passion for child development, and commitment to high-quality, inclusive education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Kinder
• Care program at Livingston Elementary School
• Ensure compliance with state licensing, safety, and health regulations
• Lead, coach, schedule, and evaluate teaching and support staff
• Implement and monitor high-quality, developmentally appropriate curriculum
• Manage center budget, enrollment, and resource allocation
• Build strong relationships with families, school leadership, and community partners
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Monitor children's progress and support individualized learning needs
• Handle parent communication, inquiries, and conflict resolution
• Drive continuous improvement in program quality and staff development
