Site Director

KinderCare is seeking a Site Director for Summit Academy North Elementary to lead daily operations and ensure a safe, nurturing learning environment. The Site Director oversees staff, curriculum implementation, and licensing compliance while building strong relationships with families and school partners. Responsibilities include managing enrollment, budgets, and schedules; coaching and developing educators; and upholding high standards of care and education. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the elementary learning site
• Ensure compliance with state licensing and safety regulations
• Lead, coach, and evaluate teaching and support staff
• Implement and support age-appropriate curriculum and programs
• Manage enrollment, budgeting, and staffing schedules
• Build strong relationships with families and school partners
• Maintain high standards for child safety, care, and engagement
• Monitor program quality and drive continuous improvement
• Coordinate communication between Kinder
• Care and school leadership
• Support staff development through training and mentoring
