Before & After School Teacher

KinderCare is hiring a Before & After School Teacher at Uplift Summit International Preparatory. In this part-time role, you'll lead engaging before- and after-school activities, support homework, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for school-age children. Collaborate with teachers and families to promote social, emotional, and academic growth. Responsibilities include behavior management, supervision during transitions, and maintaining clear communication with parents. Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage children in before- and after-school programs
• Plan and lead age-appropriate educational and recreational activities
• Support homework and learning reinforcement
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive classroom environment
• Implement positive behavior management strategies
• Communicate regularly with parents and school staff
• Monitor student attendance, sign-in, and sign-out procedures
• Follow Kinder
• Care and school policies for safety and reporting
• Collaborate with colleagues on program improvements
• Participate in training and professional development
