Site Director

KinderCare is seeking a dedicated Site Director to lead operations at Wildwood Elementary. In this role, you will oversee daily center management, ensure compliance with state and district regulations, and maintain a safe, engaging environment for children. You will coach and support teachers, partner closely with school staff and families, manage enrollment, scheduling, and budgeting, and implement high-quality early childhood programs. The Site Director champions KinderCare's inclusive culture, driving continuous improvement, staff development, and strong family communication to promote each child's growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the school-based early childhood site
• Ensure compliance with state, district, and licensing regulations
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
• Supervise, coach, and develop teaching staff
• Manage enrollment, scheduling, and family communication
• Oversee site budgeting, billing, and resource allocation
• Implement and monitor curriculum and educational programs
