Before and After School Teacher

KinderCare is seeking a Before and After School Teacher at Butterfield School to support school-age children in a safe, engaging environment. You'll design fun, age-appropriate activities, assist with homework, and encourage social-emotional growth. Partner with families and school staff to ensure consistent care and communication. Maintain classroom safety, routines, and positive behavior guidance. Responsibilities

• Supervise children in before- and after-school program ensuring safety and wellbeing
• Plan and lead age-appropriate educational and recreational activities
• Support homework and academic enrichment for school-age children
• Foster positive social-emotional development and behavior management
• Communicate regularly with families about child progress and daily activities
• Collaborate with school staff and Kinder
• Care colleagues to align support
• Maintain organized, clean, and engaging classroom environment
• Follow all safety, licensing, and Kinder
• Care policy requirements
• Document attendance, incidents, and child information accurately
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
