Ground/Ramp Service Agent

Join Horizon Air as a Ground/Ramp Service Agent supporting Transportation & Logistics for our regional airline network. In this safety-focused, hands-on role, you'll marshal aircraft, load and unload baggage and cargo, operate ground support equipment, and perform basic aircraft servicing to ensure on-time, reliable operations. You'll work outdoors in all weather, closely collaborating with ramp and flight crews. Responsibilities

• Marshal aircraft to and from gates and ramp areas
• Safely load, unload, and sort baggage, cargo, and mail
• Operate ground service equipment (tugs, belt loaders, baggage carts, de-icing support, etc.)
• Perform basic aircraft servicing such as lavatory and potable water servicing as assigned
• Follow all FAA, TSA, and Horizon Air safety and security procedures
• Communicate with ramp, gate, and flight crews to support on-time departures
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks
• Inspect equipment and work areas, reporting any safety hazards or irregularities
• Use handheld devices and basic computer systems for baggage and load tracking
• Provide courteous, professional service to internal and external customers
