Alaska Airlines is seeking a Line Aircraft Technician to support our Engineering & Maintenance team in a fast-paced airport environment. In this role, you will perform routine and unscheduled line maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on Alaska's fleet to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time operations. You will interpret technical data, document work per FAA and company standards, and collaborate closely with flight crews and maintenance control. Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and unscheduled line maintenance on Alaska Airlines aircraft to ensure safe, airworthy condition.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and replace aircraft systems and components under time-critical departure constraints.
  • Interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and maintenance documents to complete accurate repairs.
  • Document all work performed in accordance with FAA regulations and company maintenance procedures.
  • Collaborate with maintenance control, flight crews, and operations to minimize delays and cancellations.
  • Strictly follow safety, environmental, and quality standards on the ramp and in hangar areas.
  • Support continuous improvement, reliability initiatives, and adherence to Alaska Airlines' values of safety and care.
