Referral Marketing Ambassador

North Bay Dental Implants & Oral Surgery is seeking a Referral Marketing Ambassador to grow and strengthen relationships with referring dental and medical practices in the Petaluma area. In this role, you will plan and execute outreach visits, educational events, and marketing campaigns that highlight our advanced implant and oral surgery services. You will manage referral communications, track referral activity, create marketing materials, support digital and social media efforts, and collaborate closely with our clinical and front office teams to ensure a seamless, patient-centered referral experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with referring dental and medical practices
• Plan and conduct regular outreach visits and presentations to referral partners
• Develop and execute referral marketing campaigns and educational events
• Create and coordinate print, digital, and social media marketing materials
• Track, analyze, and report on referral trends and campaign performance
• Collaborate with clinical and front office teams to optimize the referral experience
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in CRM or tracking tools
• Support patient education initiatives and branded communication materials
• Represent the practice at community and professional events to increase visibility
• Continuously identify new referral opportunities and feedback from partners
