Group Leader

As a Group Leader (1st Shift) at CVS Health, you will oversee a frontline team supporting retail and healthcare operations, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient daily workflows. You'll coordinate schedules, assign tasks, monitor performance, and coach team members to deliver excellent customer and patient service. Partnering closely with pharmacy, retail, and support staff, you'll help maintain quality, compliance, and productivity standards.
