Equipment Operator

CVS Health is hiring a 1st Shift Equipment Operator to support our healthcare distribution operations. In this role, you will safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and automated material handling equipment to move, load, and unload pharmaceutical and medical products. You will follow strict safety, quality, and inventory procedures to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely shipment to pharmacies and patients. Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, you'll help maintain a clean, organized warehouse while supporting CVS Health's mission of accessible, affordable care.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely
• Load, unload, and move pharmaceutical and medical products
• Follow inventory control and order fulfillment procedures
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance or safety issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow quality standards and verify order accuracy
• Adhere to company and regulatory safety policies
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals
