Pharmacy Order Selector- 2nd Shift

As a Pharmacy Order Selector at CVS Health, you will support patient care by accurately selecting, packing, and verifying pharmacy orders in a fast-paced distribution environment. Working 2nd shift, you'll use RF scanners and follow detailed pick tickets to ensure the correct medications, strengths, and quantities are prepared for shipment. You'll follow strict safety, quality, and privacy procedures, help maintain inventory accuracy and cleanliness, and consistently meet productivity and accuracy goals. You'll work with a collaborative team committed to CVS Health's purpose of helping people on their path to better health.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack pharmacy orders according to pick lists and barcodes
• Operate RF scanners and material-handling equipment safely on 2nd shift
• Verify drug, strength, quantity, and lot details to meet quality and regulatory standards
• Maintain organized inventory and restock picking areas as needed
• Follow strict safety, cleanliness, and HIPAA/privacy procedures
• Meet production, accuracy, and turnaround time goals
• Report inventory issues, damages, or discrepancies promptly
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to support continuous improvement
