Travel Store Supervisor

Sheetz, Inc., a leading chain of convenience stores and coffee shops, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Travel Store Supervisor to oversee operations in various locations. This role involves the management of store activities to ensure excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies. The supervisor will be pivotal in maintaining the high standards that Sheetz is known for, offering custom foods, top-tier beverages, and a myriad of convenience items in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple store locations while traveling between these sites.
• Ensure each store meets its financial objectives by analyzing store performance data and making strategic decisions to improve profitability.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing waste.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate store employees to uphold service standards, operational efficiency, and effective product promotion.
• Implement and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and queries to maintain or improve customer satisfaction levels.
• Prepare reports on store performance, new initiatives, and other pertinent issues for senior management.
