Faith Technologies is seeking a Low Voltage Technician to install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot low-voltage systems on commercial and industrial construction projects. You will work with fire alarm, security, access control, CCTV, data, and communication cabling, ensuring high-quality, code-compliant installations that meet project specifications. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, pulling and routing cable, mounting devices, labeling, and documenting test results while following strict safety procedures. Responsibilities

  • Install, terminate, and test low-voltage cabling for data, voice, security, fire alarm, and CCTV systems.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and wiring diagrams to plan cable routes and device locations.
  • Mount, label, and configure low-voltage devices and panels to meet project specifications and codes.
  • Troubleshoot and repair low-voltage system issues, documenting findings and corrective actions.
  • Perform cable certification, continuity, and performance testing, recording and reporting results.
  • Follow all company and OSHA safety policies, maintaining a clean and safe job site.
  • Collaborate with electricians, project managers, and other trades to coordinate installations and meet schedules.
  • Maintain tools, test equipment, and materials inventory in good working order.
  • Support commissioning and handover of completed systems to customers or end users.
  • Participate in training, apprenticeships, and continuous improvement initiatives to advance technical skills.
