Low Voltage Technician

Faith Technologies is seeking a Low Voltage Technician to install, terminate, and troubleshoot low voltage systems on commercial and industrial construction projects. You will work with structured cabling, fire alarm, security, access control, CCTV, and communication systems, following NEC, company, and job-site safety standards. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, pulling and labeling cable, device mounting, testing and certification, and documenting work. You'll collaborate with electricians, engineers, and project teams while growing your skills through training, apprenticeships, and advancement opportunities in a safety-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, terminate, and label low voltage cabling for voice, data, and systems
• Install, mount, and connect fire alarm, security, CCTV, and access control devices
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan work
• Test, certify, and document cabling and system performance
• Troubleshoot and repair low voltage system issues and failures
• Follow all company, job-site, and OSHA safety procedures and standards
• Coordinate tasks with electricians, foremen, and project teams
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working order
• Complete daily reports, as-builts, and required documentation
• Support apprentices and assist in training less experienced team members
