Job Overview: We are currently seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our Aftermarket team. This role will be responsible for pulling, packing, and shipping spare parts orders in a manufacturing facility. An Aftermarket Clerk works with a team to ensure shipments are processed correctly utilizing our ERP system, JD Edwards, to ship both domestic and export spare part orders, and track turnback while adhering to safety and quality standards. - Pull spare parts and package for shipping; pull, assemble, and transact kitting work orders
- Process shipments utilizing the ERP system, shipping both domestic and export spare parts orders
- Maintain and organize the inventory of aftermarket products and parts; monitor stock levels and request cycle counts as needed
- Stay up-to-date on the features and benefits of aftermarket products and parts; perform quality checks per established quality procedures and ISO requirements
- Participate in training programs to improve aftermarket skills and product knowledge
- Follow all safety guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Complete production logs and other required paperwork accurately; document any issues, defects, or deviations from standard procedures
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment
- 1+ years' experience in Warehouse, Shipping and Receiving, Picking and Packing, or Logistics
- Ability to communicate effectively via verbal and written methods
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to perform varied and complex tasks
- 1+ years' experience in manufacturing or other fast-paced operations, preferred
- General computer knowledge (e.g., log-on credentials/SSO, JD Edwards, and Microsoft Outlook)
- Ability to lift a maximum of 35 lbs individually and 70 lbs for a team lift
- This position will be based at our site in Ivyland, PA, with no anticipated travel.
