CV Invasive Specialist

Intermountain Health seeks a CV Invasive Specialist to support invasive cardiovascular procedures in a high-acuity cath lab. In this role, you'll prepare patients, operate imaging and monitoring equipment, scrub and circulate for diagnostic and interventional cases, and ensure strict adherence to sterile technique and radiation safety. Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures in the cath lab
• Prepare patients, rooms, and equipment for invasive procedures
• Operate imaging, hemodynamic monitoring, and recording systems during cases
• Maintain sterile field and adhere to infection prevention and radiation safety standards
• Monitor patient status and report changes to the care team promptly
• Document procedures, findings, and supplies used in the electronic medical record
• Coordinate with cardiologists, nurses, and other staff to ensure safe, efficient workflows
• Support emergency response during acute cardiac events and complications
• Participate in quality, safety, and process improvement initiatives
• Engage in ongoing education to maintain certifications and develop clinical expertise
