Crew Leader

Yellowstone Landscape seeks a Construction Crew Leader to supervise landscape construction projects for commercial properties. Lead a field crew in grading, hardscape, planting, and irrigation installation while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. Coordinate daily tasks, read site plans, and operate trucks and construction/landscape equipment. Train and mentor crew members, conduct safety talks, and maintain a clean, organized job site. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a landscape construction crew on commercial job sites
• Plan and assign daily tasks to ensure schedule and quality standards are met
• Read and interpret site plans and construction drawings
• Install hardscape, planting, turf, and irrigation systems
• Operate trucks, loaders, and landscape/construction equipment safely
• Enforce company safety standards and conduct daily safety meetings
• Train and mentor crew members in proper techniques and equipment use
• Monitor material usage and coordinate deliveries with supervisors
• Inspect work for quality and resolve on-site issues promptly
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
