Responsibilities

• Assemble windows, doors, and components to specifications
• Operate production equipment and hand/power tools safely
• Inspect products for quality and report defects
• Follow standardized work instructions and production schedules
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Handle materials, load/unload parts, and stage components
• Use basic measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances
• Accurately record production and quality data
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPEParticipate in continuous improvement and team problem-solving
