Manufacturing Production Associate

Marvin is seeking a Manufacturing Production Associate to help build premium windows, doors, and skylights in a safe, fast-paced environment. In this role, you'll operate basic production equipment, assemble components to specification, perform quality checks, and follow standard work instructions. You'll maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to all safety and PPE requirements. Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll meet daily production goals, report issues, and support continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Operate basic manufacturing and assembly equipment according to standard procedures
• Assemble window, door, and skylight components to specification
• Perform visual and measurement-based quality checks on finished and in-process parts
• Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and lockout/tagout as applicable
• Read and follow work orders, drawings, and standard work instructions
• Meet or exceed daily production, quality, and efficiency targets
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation using 5
• S principles
• Report equipment, material, or quality issues to leads or supervisors promptly
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process improvements
• Collaborate with team members and assist in training new associates as needed
