Program Supervisor

Sevita is seeking a Program Supervisor in our Community & Social Services department. In this role, you will oversee daily program operations, support and coach direct care staff, ensure quality, person-centered services, and maintain compliance with policies and regulations. You will collaborate with families, community partners, and internal teams to develop service plans and coordinate care. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise community-based health and social service programs for individuals and families.
• Provide oversight to direct-care staff, including scheduling, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Ensure person-centered care that aligns with Sevita's standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate services with families, healthcare providers, and community partners.
• Monitor program outcomes, documentation, and compliance using EHR and reporting tools.
• Support crisis situations and develop safety and behavior support plans as needed.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of team members.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve services and implement program enhancements.
