Sevita is seeking a Program Supervisor in our Community & Social Services department. In this role, you will oversee daily program operations, support and coach direct care staff, ensure quality, person-centered services, and maintain compliance with policies and regulations. You will collaborate with families, community partners, and internal teams to develop service plans and coordinate care. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of community-based health and social service programs to ensure safe, person-centered care.
  • Supervise, coach, and evaluate direct support professionals, case managers, and related program staff.
  • Coordinate intake, assessments, and the development and monitoring of individualized service or treatment plans.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, payer requirements, and internal Sevita policies and procedures.
  • Review and monitor documentation, incident reports, and service notes for accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
  • Collaborate with families, guardians, clinicians, and community partners to support individuals' goals and community inclusion.
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of program staff.
  • Develop and manage staff schedules and caseload assignments to maintain adequate coverage and continuity of care.
  • Support budget oversight, service utilization monitoring, and resource allocation within assigned programs.
  • Participate in and lead quality improvement initiatives, audits, and corrective action plans.
  • Respond to emergencies and critical incidents, providing guidance and follow-up to ensure safety and resolution.
  • Promote and model Sevita's culture of empathy, inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

  • Program coordination and oversight in healthcare or social services
  • Staff supervision, coaching, and performance management
  • Case management and service planning
  • Knowledge of behavioral health, brain injury, or foster care regulations (as applicable)
  • Understanding of person-centered planning and trauma-informed care principles
  • Experience with electronic health records or case management systems
  • Documentation and report writing
  • Time management and workload prioritization
  • Budget awareness and resource management
  • Crisis intervention and de-escalation skills
  • Verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders
  • Basic data analysis and quality improvement methodologies
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations relevant to community-based services
  • Team leadership and interdisciplinary collaboration
