Sevita is seeking a Program Supervisor in our Community & Social Services department. In this role, you will oversee daily program operations, support and coach direct care staff, ensure quality, person-centered services, and maintain compliance with policies and regulations. You will collaborate with families, community partners, and internal teams to develop service plans and coordinate care. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of community-based health and social service programs to ensure safe, person-centered care.
- Supervise, coach, and evaluate direct support professionals, case managers, and related program staff.
- Coordinate intake, assessments, and the development and monitoring of individualized service or treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, payer requirements, and internal Sevita policies and procedures.
- Review and monitor documentation, incident reports, and service notes for accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
- Collaborate with families, guardians, clinicians, and community partners to support individuals' goals and community inclusion.
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of program staff.
- Develop and manage staff schedules and caseload assignments to maintain adequate coverage and continuity of care.
- Support budget oversight, service utilization monitoring, and resource allocation within assigned programs.
- Participate in and lead quality improvement initiatives, audits, and corrective action plans.
- Respond to emergencies and critical incidents, providing guidance and follow-up to ensure safety and resolution.
- Promote and model Sevita's culture of empathy, inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- Program coordination and oversight in healthcare or social services
- Staff supervision, coaching, and performance management
- Case management and service planning
- Knowledge of behavioral health, brain injury, or foster care regulations (as applicable)
- Understanding of person-centered planning and trauma-informed care principles
- Experience with electronic health records or case management systems
- Documentation and report writing
- Time management and workload prioritization
- Budget awareness and resource management
- Crisis intervention and de-escalation skills
- Verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders
- Basic data analysis and quality improvement methodologies
