Sales Ambassador

As an Entertainment Ambassador at Great Wolf Lodge, you will be the heart and soul of our recreational engagement, delivering exceptional entertainment experiences to families visiting our indoor water park and resort. In this role, you are not merely an employee but an integral part of creating magical moments for our guests. Responsibilities

• Host and manage live shows, events, and interactive activities for families and children ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Engage with guests, providing excellent customer service and personal interactions.
• Coordinate daily activities and events, helping to maintain schedules and punctuality.
• Assist in developing creative new entertainment content that aligns with our brand and enhances the guest experience.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all guests participating in entertainment offerings.
• Provide feedback from guest interactions to management to help refine and improve the entertainment experience.
• Represent Great Wolf Lodge brand values in every guest interaction while promoting resort amenities and services.
