Located in our famed Great Wolf Lodge properties, the Entertainment Specialist harnesses a unique blend of creativity, hospitality, and a flair for theatrical presentation. Your role is essential in creating memorable experiences for our guests of all ages, ensuring their stay is magical and fun-filled.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute entertainment programs tailored to family audiences, ensuring age-appropriate and enjoyable activities.
• Collaborate with the entertainment team to produce, manage, and direct live shows and events.
• Liaise with various departments to integrate entertainment activities with overall resort operations, enhancing guest satisfaction.
• Engage directly with guests during performances and activities, ensuring a personal and engaging experience.
• Assist in the selection, training, and management of entertainment staff, including performers and support crew.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all guests and team members.
• Regularly evaluate entertainment offerings and provide creative and practical feedback for continuous improvement.
