Assistant Director, Aquatics

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the aquatic facilities including staff scheduling, training, and enforcement of safety protocols.
• Maintain constant surveillance of waterpark activities to ensure guest and staff safety; take immediate action to address hazards or non-compliance with safety procedures.
• Collaborate with other resort departments to coordinate activities and events that enhance guest experience while promoting water safety awareness.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction in accordance with company policies and health regulations.
• Handle guest concerns and feedback with professionalism and in a manner that aligns with the brand's standards for impeccable customer service.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and procurement of aquatic supplies and equipment while ensuring compliance with all safety standards.
• Ensure rigorous training and certification of lifeguards and other aquatic personnel.
