Director of Dining Operations

ARAMARK seeks a Director of Dining Operations to lead food & beverage programs across multiple locations. You will oversee strategic planning, culinary excellence, financial performance, and client satisfaction while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance. Responsibilities include leading managers and frontline teams, shaping menus, optimizing costs, driving revenue, and maintaining strong client relationships. You'll champion Aramark's culture of service, inclusivity, and continuous improvement, delivering memorable dining experiences and operational innovation while mentoring talent and supporting long term growth opportunities across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for multi-unit dining operations within Food & Beverage Operations
• Own financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
• Lead, coach, and develop managers and frontline teams to high performance
• Drive culinary quality, menu innovation, and consistency across locations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention
• Optimize labor, inventory, and procurement to control costs and drive profitability
• Implement operational standards, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor performance metrics and use data to guide decisions and corrective actions
• Foster a culture of safety, inclusivity, ethical behavior, and service excellence
