Dates of Assignment: August 28 - 30 (OB weekend call), September 11 - 13 (OB weekend call), September 27, October 9 - 11 (OB weekend call), October 24 - 30, November 21 - 22 (OB weekend call), November 23-25, November 27, December 19 - 27 x2

Details of Assignment:
- Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm, call is 5pm-7am
- Call is 1:6, OR call ONLY
- All CRNA practice
- Cases include 30% endo, 30% ortho, including backs, 20% general/urology, 15% OB, 5% ENT, OB
- Must be proficient in OB and ultrasound guided regional blocks. Adductor canal/femoral, popliteal, interscalene, supraclavicular, axillary, TAP blocks, very occasional PECS blocks
- EMR is Medaxion
- 5 ORs
- Must be enrolled in Kansas Patient Comp fund
