Automatic Assembly Set Up and Operator

Tsubaki Kabelschlepp America, Inc., a leader in cable carriers and conveyor systems, seeks an Automatic Assembly Set Up and Operator. In a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you will set up and operate automatic assembly equipment, perform changeovers, and monitor quality. Responsibilities include machine adjustments, basic troubleshooting, part inspection, and accurate production documentation. You'll support continuous improvement, follow strict safety standards, and work closely with team members to achieve production goals and maintain high-quality output.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automatic assembly equipment for cable carriers and conveyor components
• Monitor production lines to ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to specifications
• Perform routine machine changeovers, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting
• Inspect finished parts for defects and maintain accurate production records
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and continuous improvement goals
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
