Assistant Manager

10 Fitness is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily club operations, member services, and staff leadership. In this role, you will help manage front desk and sales activities, oversee facility cleanliness and safety, and ensure an exceptional member experience. You'll coach and schedule team members, assist with membership sales and promotions, and resolve member concerns promptly and professionally. Working closely with the Club Manager, you'll monitor performance metrics, support community events, and promote 10 Fitness's culture of wellness, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support daily health club operations and ensure smooth front desk and floor activities
• Supervise, coach, and schedule staff to maintain excellent member service
• Assist with membership sales, promotions, and outreach to meet club goals
• Resolve member concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
• Monitor facility cleanliness, safety, and equipment readiness
• Track basic performance metrics and assist with reporting to the Club Manager
• Support execution of community events and member engagement activities
• Help onboard and train new team members on policies and procedures
