Production Operator

Tsubaki Kabelschlepp America, Inc is seeking a Production Operator to support manufacturing of high-quality cable carriers, flexible cables, and conveyor components. In this role, you will operate and monitor production machinery, follow work orders and blueprints, perform setups and basic adjustments, and inspect parts for quality and accuracy. You will maintain a clean, safe work area, document production data, and collaborate with team members to meet daily goals. This position supports continuous improvement initiatives and offers opportunities to grow skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery to meet daily output targets
• Set up, load, and adjust equipment per work orders and specifications
• Inspect parts and products for quality, accuracy, and defects
• Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and production schedules
• Record production data and maintain required documentation
• Handle raw materials and finished goods safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in accordance with company standards
• Report issues and assist with basic troubleshooting of equipment
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet production goals
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
