Delivery Specialist

O'Reilly Automotive is seeking a reliable Delivery Specialist to provide exceptional service to professional and retail customers. In this role, you will safely deliver automotive parts and supplies, verify orders, maintain delivery logs, and handle cash/receipts as needed. You'll help stock, stage, and organize products, assist customers at the counter when not on the road, and uphold safety and vehicle maintenance standards. Responsibilities

• Safely deliver automotive parts and supplies to commercial and retail customers on assigned routes
• Verify orders for accuracy, obtain signatures, and maintain delivery logs and documentation
• Handle cash, receipts, and returns in accordance with company policies
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety issues
• Assist with stocking, staging, and organizing inventory when not driving
• Support customer service at the counter or by phone as needed
• Follow all safety, traffic, and company operating procedures
• Collaborate with store team members to meet service and performance goals
• Participate in training to build automotive product and system knowledge
• Represent O'Reilly Automotive with professionalism and a customer-focused attitude
