• Expedited credentialing available for October availability
• Types of cases: Endo, ENT, General, GYN, Podiatry, PULM, Urology, Major Vascular, Cardiology, OB, Ortho
• 100% supervision
• Monday-Friday 7a-3p; 5p; 7p
• Saturday-Sunday 7a-5p
• Remote On Call with OR/OB backup Call inhouse
• Must have current WA license, active ACLS and either PALS or ATLS
• Travel, lodging, malpractice insurance provided
