Machine Operator

Bundy Baking Solutions is seeking a reliable 2nd Shift Machine Operator to run production equipment in our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will set up, operate, and monitor machines that produce commercial baking equipment and bakeware components. Responsibilities include reading work orders, adjusting machine settings, performing basic measurements and quality checks, and completing required documentation. You will follow all safety, sanitation, and housekeeping standards while troubleshooting basic issues and working closely with maintenance and quality teams. This role offers skill development, overtime potential, and growth in a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing machines on 2nd shift
• Read and follow production schedules, work orders, and specifications
• Perform basic measurements and in-process quality checks on parts
• Adjust machine settings to maintain quality and throughput
• Complete required production and quality documentation accurately
• Follow all safety, lockout/tagout, and housekeeping procedures
• Identify and report equipment issues; assist with basic troubleshooting
• Collaborate with quality and maintenance teams to resolve production problems
• Maintain clean, organized work area and proper material handling
• Support continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives on the line
