Noble Casing Inc. seeks a Pumping Ground Operator to support Field Operations & Site Management in demanding oil & gas environments. This role operates, monitors, and maintains pumping units and related surface equipment during casing, drilling, and well construction activities. Responsibilities include safe startup/shutdown, pressure and flow monitoring, hose and iron rig-up/rig-down, routine inspections, minor mechanical troubleshooting, and accurate job documentation. Work closely with a team in a safety-first, 24/7 field setting. Noble Casing provides training, clear procedures, and advancement opportunities for reliable operators with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor pumping units and surface equipment during casing and well construction operations
  • Perform safe startup, shutdown, and adjustments based on pressure, rate, and supervisor direction
  • Assist with rig-up and rig-down of pumps, hoses, and high-pressure iron to company standards
  • Conduct routine inspections, housekeeping, and basic preventive maintenance on pumping equipment
  • Identify and communicate equipment issues; assist with minor troubleshooting and repairs
  • Record volumes, pressures, rates, and job details accurately on field tickets and logs
  • Follow all Noble Casing and customer safety policies, JSAs, and lockout/tagout procedures
  • Work closely with field supervisors, drill crews, and casing teams to execute job plans
  • Operate forklifts or similar equipment for loading, staging, and moving pump-related gear
  • Work extended hours, rotating shifts, and outdoor conditions in a demanding oilfield environment
