Responsibilities
- Lead welding on custom stainless steel fabrication projects for food, pharma, and industrial clients
- Interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings to plan work
- Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and fixtures
- Inspect welds for quality, precision, and compliance with codes and company standards
- Train, mentor, and provide technical guidance to welders and fabricators
- Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, and quality teams to meet project deadlines
- Enforce safety practices, PPE use, and compliance with OSHA and company policies
- Recommend process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and throughput
