Set Up Operator

U.S. Tsubaki, a pioneer in the world of advanced power transmission and motion control products, is seeking a meticulous and experienced Set Up Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in configuring and preparing machinery for efficient production runs, ensuring our engineering class chains, sprockets, and other components meet the highest standards of quality and precision.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret setup sheets, blueprints, and diagrams to determine machine configuration and production requirements.
• Install and adjust machine components such as dies, molds, and cutting tools, following precise specifications.
• Perform routine testing and initial batch runs to ensure machines are set up accurately.
• Maintain accurate records of machine settings and production outcomes.
• Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to implement adjustments and fine-tuning.
• Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.

Required Skills
