SE Flexcut / Folder

Koozie Group, operated by Scribe OpCo Inc, is seeking an SE Flexcut / Folder Operator to run cutting and folding equipment in our manufacturing facility. In this role, you'll set up and operate Flexcut and folder machines, interpret job tickets, monitor quality, and perform routine maintenance to ensure accurate, on-time production of custom promotional products. You'll collaborate with production and quality teams, follow safety and lean manufacturing practices, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment that values innovation and employee growth.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor Flexcut and folder equipment to meet production schedules and quality standards
• Read and interpret job tickets, layouts, and specifications for each production run
• Perform basic machine adjustments, blade changes, and routine preventive maintenance
• Inspect finished pieces for accuracy, cut quality, and consistency; correct issues promptly
• Record production data, counts, and downtime in manufacturing systems
• Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
