Utility Worker

Electric Materials Co is seeking an entry-level Utility Worker to support our manufacturing operations of electrical components and assemblies. In this role, you will assist with basic machine operation, material handling, and routine quality checks while learning cutting-edge production processes. Responsibilities include staging materials, monitoring equipment, following work instructions, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Responsibilities

• Assist with operation and monitoring of manufacturing equipment
• Handle, move, and stage materials and components safely
• Perform basic quality checks and measurements on parts
• Follow work orders, production schedules, and supervisor instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Support machine operators and technicians with setups and changeovers
• Package, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment
• Report equipment or quality issues promptly to supervisors
• Adhere to all safety policies, PPE requirements, and procedures
• Participate in continuous improvement and cross-training opportunities
